Tickets on sale for 2016 Players’ Championship
Brad Jacobs is charged up … because tickets are now available for the 2016 Players’ Championship!
Last season saw Jacobs, the 2014 Sochi Olympics gold medallist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., capture his first career Grand Slam title at the crown jewel event of the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling series in Toronto and clinch the Rogers Grand Slam Cup.
Team Jacobs now aim to win back-to-back titles in the 6ix when the Players’ Championship returns to Ryerson’s Mattamy Athletic Centre, April 12-17.
Scotland’s Eve Muirhead will look to make it a three-peat in Toronto on the women’s side. Team Muirhead has captured the Players’ Championship title both times the tournament has been held at the historic arena, winning her first career Grand Slam trophy in 2013 and adding her third this past season.
