Refund and roll-over ticket information for Masters in Sarnia-Lambton

Due to the ongoing risks of COVID-19 across Canada, Sportsnet has postponed the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling season until April 2021.

All previously committed Ticket Holders for the 2020 Masters will be provided the following options:

  • Roll-Over: Maintain your previously purchased tickets and maintain your selected seat locations. Under this option, the event pricing on previously purchased tickets will remain unchanged. No further action will be required by the Ticket Holder at this time.
  • Refund: Request Ticket Refund by completing the Refund Request Form (using this link).  All refund requests must be submitted no later than August 31, 2020.  Refunds will be processed beginning September 1, 2020.  Refunds will be provided for the price of the previously purchased tickets, less the Ticket Scene Administration & Service Fees. All Refunds will be processed back to the Credit Cards that were used for the original ticket purchases.
