Pools set for 2025 WFG Masters following first-ever draft
The pools are locked for the WFG Masters following our first-ever draft.
The top four in the men’s and women’s divisions picked their pool opponents in a snake order selection process from the list of invited teams.
The WFG Masters is the fourth Grand Slam of Curling event of the season and runs Jan. 14-19, 2025, at the Sleeman Centre in Guelph, Ont.
Each team will play four round-robin games: three against the teams within their pool plus one crossover game. The No. 1 ranked teams also selected their crossover pool.

The Grand Slam of Curling will also test out a new rule during the tournament where if a team blanks two consecutive ends, they will lose the hammer.

Bobby Lammie and Hammy McMillan Jr. (Team Mouat second and lead), Yannick Schwaller (Team Schwaller skip), Colton Flasch (Team McEwen third) and Brad Gushue (Team Gushue skip) made the selections on behalf of their teams.
