Tickets available for 2025 WFG Masters in Guelph

The Grand Slam of Curling is all set to return to Guelph, Ontario, for the WFG Masters, Jan. 14-19, 2025, at the Sleeman Centre.

Full event and weekend passes are sold out. Single draw tickets are now available at Ticketmaster.ca.

The WFG Masters, one of the major tournaments on the curling circuit, features 16 of the top men’s teams and 16 of the top women’s teams from around the world with a combined $400,000 prize purse.

A full list of competing teams plus the match schedule will be announced closer to the event date.

The Sleeman Centre previously hosted the National in January 2010 when it was a men’s invitational. Brad Gushue defeated Randy Ferbey in the final to capture his first career Grand Slam title. A lot has changed in the series since then as all events now feature men’s and women’s divisions with equal prize money.

Italy’s Joël Retornaz is the double-defending WFG Masters men’s champion and topped Scotland’s Ross Whyte in last season’s final in Saskatoon. Canada’s Rachel Homan claimed the women’s title with a win over Switzerland’s Silvana Tirinzoni.

Homan will look to win a third consecutive Grand Slam title on the season while Scotland’s Bruce Mouat aims to make it four straight on the men’s side.
