Match schedule set for Princess Auto Players’ Championship in Toronto
The games are set for the Princess Auto Players’ Championship, April 9-14, at Toronto’s Mattamy Athletic Centre.
The Grand Slam of Curling season finale features the top 12 men’s teams and top 12 women’s teams from around the world. Both divisions are split into two pools of six for round-robin play with the best six teams advancing to the playoffs and the top two teams also receiving byes to the semifinals.
The Princess Auto Players’ Championship will mark the last Grand Slam of Curling event for iconic skip Jennifer Jones. The 10-time Grand Slam of Curling title winner announced in February she will be retiring from women’s curling at the end of this season.
