Masters full draw schedule released

Winnipeg’s Jeff Stoughton will open the Grand Slam of Curling’s Masters tournament against Brad Gushue from St. John’s in Draw 1 action.

Stoughton takes on Gushue on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. CT at the Selkirk Recreational Complex in Selkirk, Man. (Click here for the full draw schedule).

Stoughton isn’t the only Winnipeg skip who will be in action on opening night as Jennifer Jones meets Allison Flaxey, from Listowel, Ont., and Kristy McDonald faces Scotland’s Eve Muirhead.

Tickets for the Masters tournament are now on sale with Draw 1 seats at just $5.00.

Weekend passes are also available, which include tickets for the Friday, Oct. 31, night draw (7:30 p.m. CT) and all of the draws on Saturday and Sunday. Fans are in for a treat as the Friday night draw features Olympic champion Brad Jacobs against Sochi bronze medallist Niklas Edin as well as two-time reigning Masters champion Rachel Homan versus Chelsea Carey.

Fans who don’t want to miss a single minute of action should pick up the all-event pass, giving them access to every draw on the schedule.

Can’t make it to the arena? Sportsnet will be your home for live TV coverage starting Thursday, Oct. 30 (full TV schedule TBD).
