Team Homan’s title victory in the HearingLife Tour Challenge also qualified them for the season-ending KIOTI Tractor Champions Cup, running May 2-7, 2023 at the Co-Operators Centre in Regina.

Unlike the five other Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling tournaments that rely upon ranking points, the KIOTI Tractor Champions Cup requires teams to capture a title in order to get in.

Homan’s club from Ottawa defeated Team Einarson of Gimli, Man., 8-4 in the HearingLife Tour Challenge women’s final on Oct. 23 at the Coca-Cola Centre in Grande Prairie, Alta.
