Meridian Canadian Open weekend passes now available

Weekend passes are now available for the 2020 Meridian Canadian Open in Yorkton, Sask.

The fourth event and third major of the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling season, running Jan. 14-19 at the Gallagher Centre, features 16 of the top men’s teams and 16 of the top women’s teams from around the world.

The weekend pass is your gateway to the final stretch of the Meridian Canadian Open from the Friday evening draw — as teams look to punch the last playoff tickets — all the way through to the championship finals. Enjoy all of the action from your seat or feel free to come on down to the Pinty’s Pub and Grill Zone and feel the excitement right at ice level for no additional cost. Stick around between draws at the Grand Slam Social House for refreshments and live entertainment.

Visit meridian.goigniter.com to purchase your weekend pass today. Full-event passes are also available in case you don’t want to miss a moment of the action.

Although the field has yet to be determined, KIOTI Tractor Tour Challenge Tier 2 champions Team Korey Dropkin and Team Min Ji Kim have received promotions to compete in the Meridian Canadian Open.

A $300,000 combined purse is up for grabs with the winners earning $35,000 plus berths towards the season-ending Humpty’s Champions Cup.
