Team Horgan, from Sudbury, Ont., competed in the 2015 Scotties Tournament of Hearts representing Northern Ontario in the region’s inaugural entry in the event. The team finished 2-0 in the pre-qualifier and 6-5 in the main tournament, one win shy of a playoff spot. They claimed two titles on the World Curling Tour in 2014-15 winning the DEKALB Superspiel in November and the Curl Mesabi Classic in December.
Horgan also represented Ontario at the Scotties in 2012.
Webster previously skipped her own team based in Calgary and was a finalist at the 2010 Grand Slam of Curling Players’ Championship. She played with Jessie Kaufman, Geri-Lynn Ramsay and Rebecca Konschuh this past season.
