Colton Flasch forms new team in Saskatchewan

The Saskatchewan shuffle continues with Colton Flasch returning to the prairie province and skipping a new squad with Catlin Schneider at third, Kevin Marsh at second and Dan Marsh at lead.

Flasch, from Saskatoon, previously played with the Marsh twins during the 2017-18 season winning the College Clean Restoration Curling Classic tour event to earn a spot in the Humpty’s Champions Cup. After splitting up, Flasch joined Calgary’s Kevin Koe at second stones capturing the Brier plus a silver medal in the world championship last year. Team Koe also finished runner-up in three Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling events and claimed the Pinty’s Cup during the 2018-19 campaign.

Koe parted ways with Flasch last month and added 11-time Grand Slam winner John Morris.

Schneider won his first Grand Slam title this past season while throwing second stones for Matt Dunstone’s Regina-based team. Kevin and Dan Marsh spent the past two seasons with skip Kirk Muyres, who has taken over for Schneider at second on Team Dunstone.
